Executive coaching
AI moved faster than your calendar.
Let's fix that.
In a few focused 1:1 sessions, you'll understand what AI agents really are, what they can (and can't) do for your business, and how to make decisions you can defend in front of your teams, your vendors, and your board.
Sound familiar?
You lead the business. AI kept moving.
None of this means you're behind as a leader. It means you've been running a company while a technology reinvented itself every quarter.
Your teams pitch agent projects, and you can't challenge them
Roadmaps land on your desk full of "agentic workflows" and "orchestration layers". You approve, defer, or push back, but you'd like to do it from understanding, not instinct.
Vendors promise autonomous everything
Every pitch deck now says "AI agent". Some of it is real. Much of it is a chatbot with a new label. Telling the difference shouldn't require a computer science degree, but it does require the right questions.
The board asks for your AI strategy
You're expected to have a position: where AI agents fit, what they'll cost, what could go wrong. "We're exploring it" only works for so long.
You read the summaries, but never got the fundamentals
Newsletters, briefings, headlines: you're informed, but it never quite clicks into a model you can reason with. The gap isn't information. It's foundations.
What you get
Foundations you can decide with
Not a technology briefing. A working understanding, built for how you actually use it: in meetings, negotiations, and strategy decisions.
A mental model of AI agents that sticks
What an agent actually is, how it differs from a chatbot or a script, and why reliability is the hard part. No code required, ever.
A map of what's real vs. hype in your industry
What organizations like yours are actually deploying today, what's still lab-grade, and where the genuine near-term opportunities are.
The questions to ask vendors and teams
A concrete set of questions that surface weak claims fast (on autonomy, evaluation, guardrails, and cost) so you can probe any pitch with confidence.
A personal decision framework
When agents are the right tool, and when they're not. The principle I teach engineers applies to executives too: start simple, avoid agents by default, and add autonomy only when it earns its keep.
Optionally: a look under the hood
If you're curious, I'll walk you through live demos of real agent systems, so you've seen with your own eyes what the slides are describing.
How it works
Three steps. Zero wasted time.
Step 1
Discovery call
We map your goals, your current level, and your industry context. You leave the call knowing exactly what the sprint will cover, before committing to anything.
Step 2
Tailored 1:1 sprint
A short series of focused 1:1 sessions, built around your calendar. Remote, flexible scheduling, in English or French. Every session ends with something you can use the next day.
Step 3
Follow-up support
Between sessions, you can send me async questions: a vendor claim to sanity-check, a term to decode, a decision to pressure-test. The learning doesn't stop when the call ends.
Why me
I speak executive. I also know the systems inside out.
I've spent 16+ years in financial markets (as an algorithmic trader, applying machine learning to finance, and managing data science & business intelligence teams) so I know what it's like to weigh technology decisions under real constraints: budgets, regulators, careers on the line. And on AI agents, I wrote the book and train the teams that build them, which means nothing I tell you is secondhand.
- 16+ years in financial markets: algorithmic trading, ML for finance, data science & BI leadership
- Author of Building AI Agents for Finance (Packt) and an O'Reilly video course
- Corporate AI-agent trainer for international groups: engineering teams and an executive committee
- Zero hype, zero jargon-shaming: there are no silly questions in these sessions
๐๏ธ Tested at the top
I trained the executive committee of an international group, a leadership team that wanted to understand AI, GenAI, and AI agents well enough to set their strategic AI roadmap. This coaching brings that same executive-level clarity to you, one-on-one. If your whole leadership team needs it, see the AI Strategy for Executive Committees format in Corporate Training.
๐ Discretion, guaranteed
Sessions are strictly confidential. I never disclose client company names, and nothing we discuss leaves the room.
FAQ
Questions executives actually ask
Do I need a technical background?
No. The coaching is designed for leaders, not engineers. We work with clear mental models, real examples, and plain language. If you want to go deeper technically at some point, we can, but it's never required.
How many sessions does it take?
Typically 4โ6 sessions, depending on your starting point and goals. We scope the exact number together on the discovery call, with no open-ended commitments.
Can this extend to my leadership team?
Yes. I've already trained the executive committee of an international group to set their strategic AI roadmap. If you want your leadership team to build the same shared understanding, see the "AI Strategy for Executive Committees" format in Corporate Training.
What does it cost?
Pricing is on request and depends on the scope we define together. We'll cover it transparently on the discovery call, which is free and carries no obligation.
Ready when you are
Close the gap in weeks, not years
One discovery call is enough to know whether this is right for you. Your time is the scarcest resource in the room, and I'll treat it that way.
