Speaking & masterclasses
AI agents, explained so your audience actually gets it
I've already brought AI agents in finance to international conference stages, and taught them to everyone from executive committees to engineering teams. Backed by 16+ years in financial markets and the Packt book on the subject, your audience gets a practitioner's voice, not a futurist reading slides.
Formats
Two ways to bring me in
From a 30-minute keynote that reframes how a room thinks about AI agents, to a full-day session where your people build one.
Conference keynotes
30–60 minute talks for finance and tech audiences of any technical level. I make agent concepts accessible without dumbing them down: traders, CTOs, and compliance officers all leave with something they can use. Delivered in English or French.
Invite me to speakPrivate masterclasses
2-hour to full-day deep sessions for private programs, executive education, and internal events. From strategic briefings for leadership to hands-on builds for technical audiences, scoped to what your group actually needs.

Talks I'm known for
These aren't abstracts waiting for a first stage: each talk below has been delivered, from conference keynotes to hands-on masterclasses. Every one adapts to your audience: more strategy for leadership rooms, more architecture for technical ones. Custom topics on request.
Designing reliable AI agents: architectures, evaluation and control
My flagship masterclass: the same design discipline I teach in-company, condensed for your stage. From the anatomy of an agent and the design patterns that structure one, to what actually makes agents reliable: evaluation, observability, guardrails, and production readiness. Anchored by the golden rule my trainings drill in: start simple, avoid agents by default, increase complexity only when justified. Runs as a keynote or a hands-on workshop; delivered as both, including at IMA in Paris.
AI agents: design patterns, architectures, frameworks, and use cases in finance
The foundational talk, delivered from London to Cannes. A clear, hype-free map of what genuinely changes between a language model and an agentic system (tools, memory, planning, and reasoning paradigms), and which financial use cases each pattern actually fits, illustrated across OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Anthropic SDK. Including the question most talks skip: when NOT to use an agent. Your audience leaves able to tell substance from rebranding, whatever their technical level.
Multi-agent orchestration and agentic RAG for fundamental analysis
The finance deep-dive, delivered for CFA Institute UK and AI STAC London: how orchestrated multi-agent systems and agentic RAG automate fundamental analysis: analyst agents working over filings and reports, orchestration patterns that keep them coordinated, and strategy refinement with a human still deciding. Told from 16+ years in financial markets as an algorithmic trader and data science leader, grounded in how the analysis actually works, not vendor decks.
Autonomous, coordinated, and still under control
How do you let AI agents act autonomously, in coordination, and durably, without losing control, security, or business value? The question I debate on stage at IMA. Graduated autonomy (where agents act, where they only propose), guardrails and audit trails, and the failure modes that keep impressive demos out of production: evaluation gaps, unbounded autonomy, integration debt. Works as a talk, or as the interactive-debate format it was built for.
AI agents for decision-makers: from hype to roadmap
The no-code version for leadership rooms, drawn from the strategy program I've delivered to the executive committee of a global insurance group: what AI agents really are and aren't, which use cases justify an agent and which need simpler automation, where AI ROI actually lives, and the leadership questions that come with the answers. Frameworks for decisions, not code.
